How far are the villas from the airport?
From Essaouira Airport, our villas are just a 17 minute drive away (12.5km). We will happily pre-book your airport transfers can be arranged prior to your travel.
If you are travelling from Marrakesh Airport, our villas are a 2hr 25 minute drive (180km). We are also able to assist with pre-booking your airport transfers from Marrakesh. Car hire is also available in Morocco.
What are the check in / check out times?
Guests may check in to the villas from 3pm onwards
Guests are requested to vacate the villas by 12 noon on day of departure.
We ask that guests abide by the times we request unless pre-arranged.
Are there many places to eat and drink in Essaouira?
Essaouira has a great offering of bars and restaurants. Most bars sporting their own seated gardens or roof terraces making for the perfect evening social spots. We have listed below just a few local bars and restaurants that we recommend, a full list is provided in your welcome pack.

What is the weather and beaches like?
A short stroll from the centre, couples and families enjoy the unspoilt, magnificent beaches of Cape Sim and SidiKaouki, with ten kilometres of coastline, the bay is a paradise for all wind and water sports.
Indeed Essaouira is often referred to as the Surfing Capital of Africa. On Essaouira’s wide and sandy beaches, you’ll find families playing volleyball, people jogging, windsurfers sailing, fishermen enjoying the tranquillity of the bay and divers scuba diving. Other pursuits such as horse-riding and quad biking are also well catered for.
The town’s unique position, on the latitude of the trade winds, means that the temperature rarely rises above 30, or falls below 20, making it a perfect year-round destination.
